Pat Alec is a proud member of the St’at’imc Nation. He spent most of his childhood growing up on the Xaxli’p (Fountain) reserve just outside of Lillooet, BC. After moving to the city to complete high school, Pat has gone onto obtaining a Diploma from the Interactive Design Diploma Program at Capilano University. Since graduating, he has had the opportunity to work with many First Nations communities and successful business’s providing various creative solutions throughout BC and Canada. His speciality comes from developing custom websites, web applications, and print materials.
As a passionate designer and entrepreneur, Pat is always on the path to learn, innovate, and provide unprecedented solutions to empower First Nations through communication design. Something he likes to call “Traditional Knowledge for a digital world.” When he’s not behind a computer, Pat enjoys various sports, martial arts, Muay Thai kickboxing, Breakdancing, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends.
